Use ColdMailCalculator only for lawful campaign planning, ROI forecasting, and scenario modeling. The service must not be used to plan, encourage, or justify illegal outreach, spam, deceptive sending, provider abuse, or any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the service to plan or support any of the following:

• Sending unsolicited bulk commercial email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive outreach.
• Scraping personal data without authorization or in violation of platform terms.
• Creating or using fake identities, deceptive sender information, or misleading email headers.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Deceptive sending practices including misleading subject lines, false sender names, or hidden opt-out mechanisms.
• Abusing email provider infrastructure, deliverability systems, or platform rate limits.
• Illegal outreach activities including scams, fraud, phishing, or any deceptive financial scheme.
• Using purchased or rented email lists in violation of applicable laws or provider rules.
• Evading security measures, access limits, or usage restrictions enforced by the service.

Compliance responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your cold email campaigns comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, privacy regulations, and anti-spam requirements. ColdMailCalculator provides forecasting tools only. It does not send emails, guarantee compliance, or assume liability for campaign execution.

Reporting violations

If you suspect that the service is being used in violation of this policy, report the concern to support@coldmailcalculator.com.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice. We reserve the right to remove content, disable access, and cooperate with law enforcement as appropriate.
