FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about how the calculator works, what it does not guarantee, and how to use estimates responsibly.

What is ColdMailCalculator?

ColdMailCalculator is an independent cold email planning and estimation tool. It models campaign assumptions such as list size, reply rate, meeting rate, close rate, costs, revenue potential, ROI, CAC, payback, and risk.

Who is it for?

It is for founders, agencies, consultants, SDR teams, RevOps teams, freelancers, and operators who want to compare outbound assumptions before launching or scaling campaigns.

Are calculator results guaranteed?

No. Results are estimates based on user-provided assumptions and changing real-world conditions. The calculator is a planning model, not a prediction engine.

Does it guarantee replies or revenue?

No. ColdMailCalculator does not guarantee replies, meetings, leads, inbox placement, deliverability, sales, revenue, profit, ROI, or campaign success.

Is this legal or compliance advice?

No. The service is not legal, privacy, anti-spam, financial, deliverability, or professional advice. Users must follow applicable laws, privacy rules, platform rules, and opt-out obligations.

Does it send emails?

No. ColdMailCalculator does not send emails, warm inboxes, scrape contacts, verify lists, or manage outreach sequences. It estimates campaign economics and planning assumptions.

How should users use the estimates?

Use estimates to compare scenarios, identify weak assumptions, budget conservatively, and decide what to test. Update assumptions with verified campaign data as it becomes available.

How does billing work?

Paid plans and credit packs, if purchased, are processed through Stripe. Plans may include saved scenarios, reports, exports, benchmarks, API usage, and usage limits according to the checkout details.

Can users cancel?

Eligible subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and may leave access active until the end of the paid period.

What is the refund policy?

Because ColdMailCalculator provides digital software access, payments are generally non-refundable once access, credits, exports, reports, or usage has been provided. Billing errors can be reviewed within 7 days.

How do users contact support?

Email support@coldmailcalculator.com. ColdMailCalculator is operated by Wade Digital in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
