Digital software and SaaS access
ColdMailCalculator provides digital software, calculator access, saved scenarios, reports, exports, credits, API usage, and subscription features. Because access can be delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access, credits, reports, exports, API usage, or other paid usage has been provided, except where required by law.
Billing errors
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@coldmailcalculator.com within 7 days of the charge. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. We review duplicate charges, incorrect plan charges, and material access issues individually.
Cancellations
You may cancel eligible subscriptions through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Credit packs and one-time purchases
Credit packs and one-time digital purchases are generally non-refundable once credits, reports, exports, or API usage have been made available or consumed. This does not limit statutory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
