SaaS and calculator use
ColdMailCalculator provides calculator, forecasting, reporting, resource, account, subscription, credit, and API features for modeling outbound campaign assumptions. Outputs are estimates based on user inputs and should be used for planning, education, and scenario comparison.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for your inputs, interpretation of outputs, account security, billing choices, and campaign execution. You must follow applicable email, privacy, anti-spam, consumer protection, data protection, and platform rules, including rules from email providers and data sources you use.
No misuse or spam encouragement
Do not use the service to plan, encourage, or justify illegal outreach, unsolicited bulk email in violation of law, harassment, scraping in violation of platform rules, purchased-list abuse, misleading sender identities, phishing, deceptive claims, evasion of provider limits, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee replies, meetings, leads, inbox placement, deliverability, sales, revenue, profit, ROI, customer acquisition cost, payback, campaign success, or legal compliance. Results depend on your audience, consent basis, message, offer, infrastructure, timing, operations, sales process, and market conditions.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Paid subscriptions and credit packs, if offered, are billed through Stripe or another payment processor. Subscription features, limits, credits, exports, reports, and API usage are provided according to the plan or checkout terms shown at purchase. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and canceling before renewal if you do not want continued access.
Third-party services
ColdMailCalculator may use hosting, analytics, database, email, billing, and advertising services. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with Google, Gmail, Microsoft, Outlook, LinkedIn, Meta, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, or other providers unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdMailCalculator, Wade Digital, and related operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, reliance on estimates, campaign execution, provider actions, or third-party services.
