How credit packs work and what happens when you stop using the API.
ColdMailCalculator uses a prepaid credit pack model — not a subscription. You buy credits once and use them when you run forecasts. This policy explains what happens when you stop using the API, whether credits expire, and how unused credits are handled.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no monthly or annual subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing. When you buy a credit pack, you pay once and receive credits that are deducted as you use the API. No future charges will ever be made unless you actively choose to purchase another credit pack.
Credit packs do not expire. Unused credits remain on your account indefinitely and can be used whenever you run forecasts through the API.
If you no longer want to use the API, simply stop making API requests. Since there is no recurring billing, no cancellation action is needed — no future charges will occur. Your API key will remain valid until you explicitly request its deactivation. You can request key deactivation at any time by contacting support@coldmailcalculator.com.
If you have remaining prepaid credits and no longer need API access, those credits will remain on your account. You may request a refund review for unused credit packs under the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Generally, credit pack purchases are non-refundable after access has been provided.
You may request account deactivation at any time by emailing support@coldmailcalculator.com. Upon deactivation, your API key will be revoked and your account will no longer be accessible. Any remaining prepaid credits will be forfeited unless a refund has been approved under our Refund Policy.
We may update this Cancellation Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date above or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
