How refunds are handled for ColdMailCalculator digital software and API credit packs.
ColdMailCalculator provides forecasting and planning tools for cold email outreach through web-based calculators and API access. Because our product is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital software and prepaid credit packs.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a credit pack. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Credit packs are prepaid one-time purchases priced in USD. The full credit pack amount is charged at the time of purchase. Credit packs do not expire and do not auto-renew. There are no recurring fees.
Because credits are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, standard credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable. See the sections below for limited exceptions.
Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
To be eligible for a refund review, you must submit your request within 7 days of the charge in question.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Stripe typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Processing times may vary.
