When exporting makes sense
Exporting is most useful once you've refined a scenario enough to share it — with a client for approval, with a teammate for a budget decision, or with yourself for a before/after comparison once real campaign data comes in.
What's included in an export
A forecast export includes the input assumptions used, the resulting funnel estimates (replies, meetings, clients), revenue, cost, net profit, ROI multiple, CAC, cost per meeting, and the standard disclaimer that figures are estimates based on user-provided assumptions, not guarantees.
Using exports for before/after comparison
Export your pre-launch scenario, then after the campaign runs, build a second scenario using actual observed rates and export that too. Comparing the two side by side is one of the fastest ways to see exactly which assumption was off, and by how much.
